Host City

Atlanta is a mecca for public health. The "ATL" is home to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, CARE, the American Cancer Society, the Carter Center, Grady Health System, Task Force for Global Health, and academic partners like the Emory University Rollins School of Public Health and the Morehouse School of Medicine.

Atlanta is home to over 1000 active duty Public Health Service officers. They are represented locally by the Atlanta COA branch.  Officers in Atlanta are physicians, scientists, health service officers, nurses, veterinarians, pharmacists, engineers, and much more. These men and women are among the best and brightest public health professionals in the world.  Join them in Atlanta on May 18-21, 2015 for continuing education, development of hands-on skills, and networking.
