Attendee Registration
Full conference registration includes all sessions, breakfast and lunch on Wednesday and Thursday. A one day registration includes sessions, breakfast and lunch on the day selected. All pre-conference sessions and the Anchor and Caduceus Dinner are priced separately.
Student and Spouse/Guest registrations include all sessions on Wednesday and Thursday, and lunch on Thursday. To qualify for student registration you must be a full time student at an accredited university or college.
Conference rates can be viewed on the registration rate chart. Pre-registration will close May 15, 2013.

Cancellation Policy: It is now past the deadline to receive a refund. Refund requests must have been received IN WRITING by April 16, 2013. Junior Officer/Civil Servant Scholarships
Junior Officer/Civil Servant Scholarships were offered for the 2013 USPHS Scientific and Training Symposium. The last day to apply for a scholarship was April 17, 2013. This scholarship was available to Commissioned Officers Association Members: officers of rank 03 or below and civil servants that are GS 10/11 or below. For full details on who qualifies for the scholarship please see the scholarship guidelines below. It is too late to apply for a 2013 scholarship.
